Terms of Use
The ground rules for using Astrarium.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. The Network
Astrarium is an online social experience operated by Astrarium ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to its website, apps, games, communities, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and must meet any additional eligibility rules shown during registration. By registering, you confirm that you meet those requirements. We may suspend or remove accounts that do not.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Keep your login details private and accurate. Tell us promptly at support@astarium.net if you think someone else has access. We may restrict accounts that break these terms, harm others, or put the Service at risk.
4. Respect and safety
The Service is for consensual adult participation. You must not harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or harm others; share illegal, non-consensual, or underage content; promote trafficking or abuse; impersonate others; spam or scrape the Service; evade safety controls; or disrupt its operation. We may investigate reports, remove content, and restrict accounts.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including profiles, challenges, posts, messages, and media. You grant Astrarium a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.
6. Moderation and reports
We may review reports and content where needed for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. We can remove content or suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached. Moderation decisions may consider context and risk, and urgent safety action may happen without advance notice.
7. Privacy, visibility, and social features
Profiles, games, sessions, chat, teams, and similar features let you interact with other players. Content visibility depends on your choices and the feature you use. Do not share anything you do not want the intended audience to see. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
8. Payments and virtual items
Paid features, subscriptions, purchases, or virtual balances may have additional terms shown at checkout. Prices and renewal details are presented before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, completed charges and virtual items are non-refundable and have no cash value.
9. Service and brand rights
The Service, software, branding, and platform materials are owned by Astrarium or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except where law expressly permits.
10. Availability and third parties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links, payment tools, identity providers, or other third-party services have their own terms and practices.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrarium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Service. Total liability relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid through the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ending access
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, legal requirements, or risks to people or the Service. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. Questions can be sent to support@astarium.net or through the contact page.
